We hire at all levels. For freshers and interns, we look for strong fundamentals, a portfolio of AI/ML projects, and genuine curiosity. For senior roles, we expect production AI experience and the ability to own projects end-to-end.
Most roles are on-site or hybrid at our Belagavi office. Some design and research roles offer remote flexibility. We believe in-person collaboration accelerates learning and team bonding especially for AI work.
Our process is: application review, then a technical screening call (30 min), then a technical assignment relevant to the role, then a team interview with your future colleagues, then an offer. We move fast typically within 2 weeks.
