What AI technologies does Localview Tech use?

How long does it take to build a custom AI agent?
A basic AI chatbot or agent can be built in 2 to 4 weeks. A production-grade multi-agent system with deep integrations typically takes 6 to 12 weeks. We follow agile sprints so you see working demos from week one.
Can you integrate AI into our existing software?

Can you build apps where the AI runs on the device itself without internet?

Can you set up WhatsApp automation for our hospital or transport business?
Yes. We build WhatsApp Business API automation tailored to your industry. For hospitals: appointment booking, visit reminders, report delivery, and follow-up messages. For transport and logistics: booking confirmations, trip updates, driver alerts, and delivery notifications. Can you add an AI assistant to our app or website that understands our users and works on our own data?
Yes we have this running in production today. Your users type or dictate what they want in plain language, and the assistant works out how many distinct requests they made, searches your own live database for each, and completes the action your business runs on booking, ordering, applying, raising a ticket, or requesting a callback. We run a small model self-hosted on your own server, so there is no per-request cost to an outside company and no user data leaves your infrastructure. It is built to be honest and safe: it can only ever return records that genuinely exist in your database, it is physically blocked from inventing one, and when nothing matches it says so plainly instead of guessing. If the model is ever slow or unreachable, a keyword-matching backup kicks in automatically so the feature keeps working. It also recognises plain chit-chat like "hi" or "thanks" and replies instantly without invoking the AI, and it can offer helpful context and a follow-up question alongside each result. It plugs into your existing flow, so your cart, checkout, or enquiry process stays exactly as it is. The same engine works for services, products, appointments, listings, courses, or any other records you hold.
Can you build an MCP server so AI assistants like Claude or ChatGPT can connect to our app?
Yes. We build MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers on top of your existing app, website, database, or API, so any MCP-compatible AI assistant, including Claude and ChatGPT, can securely connect to your business and answer questions or take actions using your real, live data. You decide exactly what the AI is allowed to see and do, whether that is read-only lookups or full actions like creating a booking or an order. It runs on your own server so your data stays with you, with authentication and access control built in. We already have this live in production, including the MCP server we built for Fixidu, a home-services app (mcp.fixidu.com), which lets AI assistants browse its services and pricing. This is ideal for SaaS products, e-commerce catalogues, booking platforms, internal tools, and customer support.

Is my business data secure when using AI?
Your data stays yours. We implement strict data isolation, offer on-premise deployment options, sign NDA and DPA agreements, and never train third-party models on your proprietary data without explicit consent. We are DPDP Act and GDPR compliant.

Yes and we have already done it. Our AI Surveillance System connects to your existing IP cameras and DVRs via RTSP with zero hardware changes. It runs YOLO for real-time detection of persons, vehicles, and weapons on every frame, and uses InsightFace (ArcFace deep learning) to match faces against a custom watchlist in real time. The platform includes a color-coded live dashboard, instant operator alerts, cross-camera tracking, human confirmation workflows, and a tamper-proof audit log. It is deployed for security agencies, defence facilities, factories, smart cities, airports, and enterprise campuses.
